COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sensor Technics CT7N01GU0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Shengwin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sherline product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sick such as the C40E1003CB010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CT20770318 manufactured by Shengwin and we are pleased to be able to service most Shengwin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8865 by Manufacturer Sherline as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew-Eurodrive Brand AM73SW29S2048 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sevcon such as 633T43801 equipment made by Sevcon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sevcon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sevcon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 060362101 made by Sensotec as well as the popular WAF7 original spares produced by Sew-Eurodrive Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPB51A01150300 by Sew and 633T43801 spares by Sevcon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DRN80M4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
